JMT SR Series Self-Align Welding Rotators
JMT rotators are the best solution for the welding of difficult parts. Without any extra effort and time, rotators can adjust themselves for different diameter fixations. JMT manufactures self-aligning rotators up between 3 and 150 tons capacity.
Standard Features
- In rotators, Polyurethane covers wheels, prevents vibration during the automatic welding operation, and absorbs the shocks while loading.
- In case of high temperature and heavy loading, steel wheels are used instead of Polyurethane wheels.
- With a remote control, the operator can turn the rotator clockwise / anticlockwise and adjust the speed as per the preference.
JMT CP Series Conventional Positioners
The structure of JMT positioners is designed according to the turning and front backward movement of the table. Positioners consist of a frame, motor, table-turning system, front-backward movement systems, electrical cabinet, and remote control unit, and have the highest physical protection.
The positioners are mounted onto the ground to carry heavy parts. There are standard t-slots on rotators as per preferences which enable quick fixing of the part.
Table turning and front-backward movement systems are driven with gear transfer systems. Table turning speed can easily be adjusted through a remote controller with a 5m cable. As optional, PLC applies to all models.
